I was interviewed on The Coaching Show yesterday by Christopher McAuliffe.
In the first segment, I spoke about how to achieve diversity in ICF chapters and started into the topic of cross-cultural coaching. The second segment I continued with cross-cultural coaching, The COACH Model, how leaders can use coaching skills, and a brief comment on how the importance of coaching skills specifically for Christian leaders. Look for the 08/14 show, segments 1 & 2.
